Market Leading Plastic Case Manufacturers
How does it work?
We are able to take advantage of the versatile nature of plastic by working with it in a malleable or liquid form. In this stage of the manufacturing, we can use a cast, mould or die in order to create a particular form or shape for your cases. As plastic is such an affordable material to work with, we are able to offer bespoke solutions to your requirements that are also reasonably priced, without compromising on the quality of the finished product. The plastic hardens to whichever shape we have formed it into, giving you a high-quality case that is also highly dependable and durable. This process is called extrusion-moulding, whereby pellets are heated and transformed into a molten plastic, which is then made into the specified shape. The result is that we can create airtight, secure encasements to fully protect your belongings.
What is the purpose?
Here at Hofbauer, durability is key when we are designing and manufacturing our cases. For this reason, we are able to provide the ideal solution when you need to transport any delicate or expensive equipment. We specialise in making plastic cases for carrying tools and equipment on long journeys, including situations that may involve rough terrain and climates with extreme weather. It may be the case that your case is always on your person, but otherwise we offer plastic flight cases for those times where you may be away from your case for some number of hours (or even days). We make sure to offer a great level of security, so you have one less thing to worry about.
What plastic cases do we offer?
We have an extensive range of plastic cases on our website. Notably, we also incorporate a “double-walled technology” into cases, which creates an air cushion that makes it shock-absorbent. This is ideal when travelling in inhospitable areas, as it is less susceptible to the risks that come with cold conditions and dampness. Furthermore, cases can be provided with foam inserts that perfectly hold any delicate apparatus. We work to break down such equipment into their basic components, whereby the foam inserts will hold each part in place for full protection, rather than risking individual parts hitting and scratching against another surface or object when left loose. Peli™ cases are frequently used by the military, police and fire services, and for film crews. Other ranges of plastic cases include the MegaBag, MiniBag and Multibag. For the everyday professional, a Citybag is appropriate for the office, whilst offering you that same great Hofbauer combination of durability and innovation.
